huge washing machine is great for blankets and we wash a lot of dog covers!

Great washer. This is the fourth washer out of four different manufacturers I've ordered and the only one that has come through. Was delievered as promised and works great a month in. No issues at all, highly reliable brand. In contrast, I made the mistake of trying an LG machine and it failed on its first test run, nearly flooded my house. Thank goodness for Whirlpool!

I do not like the new washers today, with out the agitator , they don’t cerculate very well. Would never buy another one. My clothes never get clean very well.

WARNING - DO NOT BUY Whirlpool - broke down 5 times since 6/2021 ; Whirlpool has no parts and will not replace the washer. Been waiting since Nov 2 and no calls about part availability. Apparently its the customers responsibility to call as Whirlpool has no system to notify customers of delays. Called Whirlpool and they only allow escalations to Supervisors. Whirlpool advised if parts are not available it's not their issue and I have to just sit tight. Dec 31 washer broke completely, and it costs $25 for cleaning at a laundry mat. Don't want nor expect them to pay but at the end its cheaper to get a new washer than continue to pay for cleaning. I'm going to buy LG...

Both are terrible. Washer squeals and shakes during entire spin cycle. Dryer rarely dries in first cycle. Tried to return but outside of 15 day return window.

I have had this washunf machine jsut making 3 years. Just stopped working and started making noise after 1 year.

The experience wasn't good from the start. We got the run around trying to even get the washer. Once that was worked out it didn't even make it 4 years. Was told it had 5 year warranty, well guess what, when you need to file a claim you find out it only has one year. Not again!!!

Washer does not fill up with water. I didn't over fill and I didn't wrap the clothing around the agitator. I put about 4 inches of clothing in the machine and I watched the entire cycle. The agitator only shifts the clothes closest to the agitator, while the clothing next to the drum slides around, sitting in the exact same position. The agitator moves a lot, but there is no way it is cleaning half the clothing because there was only about 1 inch of water in the machine. Some of my clothing were not even wet during the entire first half. Thankfully there is a see-through top!! I asked for a replacement machine...hopefully this was just a defective model. Expensive for a machine that doesn't clean.

Apparently, a problem with whirlpool top loads is that a seal leaks and the bearings rot away. And the verdict is that it always costs as much to repair as it does to buy a new one. That just happened to me. It's about 18 months old. 6 months outside of the pitiful 1 year warranty. Don't get sold on the 5 year "tub" warranty that states that the stainless tub won't rust. The actual parts and labor warranty is 1 year.

Save your money and get another pair! We got both washer and dryer back October 2020 and in December 2020 our dryer failed. In the beginning of February 2021 we notified the washer is having trouble. Getting them to fix it has been a nightmare, till this day neither or have been fixed or even offered a replacement.

The washing machine...I used bleach once on my towels and for weeks my clothes got bleach stains in them. I'm afraid to use any more bleach. And all my bras the loop is bend or broken. I wouldn't purchase this washer again

Broke after a little over 2 years. Never buying another Whirlpool.

Very frustrated w/ model wrw7500GW2. Reg was takes several hrs, have to balance clothes manually. Wash sz is very small in a big capacity washer. Clld Whirlpool & was advised to pay $150-$175 for tech vst. Why if everyone seems to hav same problem
