Nice easy to use washer Recommend it to everyone who needs a good washer Great price

Cleans clothes and they smell great. Only complaint is it’s a bit noisy! The motor starts and stops...laundry room is near our den and had to get used to noise!

I am very happy with this washer! It does a great job..its easy to use...and relatively quiet.

Love the glass top of the appliance! Washes like a charm. I use the Earth Breeze washer sheets as well (more eco-friendly) and I simply drop them in the water. Perfect! The delivery team from Best Buy was top notch - the guys came and installed it quickly, answered questions, and were polite and professional.

Good value for the money. The Start button had me a bit confused at first, you have to hold it down for a few seconds and it counts down then a few seconds later the machine starts. It does a good job at cleaning the clothes. It has a lot of different settings so you can choose exactly what is best one for the clothes you want to wash.

This washer is great so far. I wanted to give a 4.5 but it wouldn’t let me. For me its a little loud compared to my last washer which is why I didn’t give it 5stars. Overall I really like it.

Really nice machine. Unfortunately it’s not Not energy efficient, and I wish if that you can change the settings after the load starts. One couple of times I forgot to change the water temperature for Quick loads to warm and it drains first and you have to start over. Lastly I wish the manual as to how to use it properly. Had to go to YouTube to get insights

Washer is loud, relays clicking and some other things banging with large loads, Has agitator which is better than none but they do not agitate like the ones from days gone by, This replaced a 25 year old Kenmore made by whirlpool. Only had it a few months but I doubt it will last anywhere near as long. If I had the chance to re-buy this machine today I would look for something else, But maybe they are all like this.

Simple to use and very quiet, besides being a very beautiful appliance in our home. I love the smoky glass and it being quiet the most. Deep bowl allowed us to wash a bulky queen sized quilt for first time and it came out beautiful.

I don't like that it has too many buttons, for example, if you need a softener you have to click on or is not going to add the softener. You cannot stop in the middle of the cycle. I don't feel that this washer does a good cleaning. I have found white spots in my color clothes and I used tide liquid soap.

We're thrilled with this new washer. It handles larger loads than our old washer and we no longer have to separate whites and colors. It is easy to use and everything comes out sparkling clean. Be careful about the depth. It is deeper than our old washer and I had to move the rails the sliding doors work on to cover the washer and dryer when not in use

Overall good quality but a bit on the noisy side. Reasonable quality for price.
