This washer works great. It’s quiet, washes clothes well, and is large capacity. Takes a while for the normal cycle to complete but it does has an option to select for a quick wash. Great buy.

I love the fact that the tub is extra large. I can get my oversized comforter in this washer. I noticed that the agitator doesn't work vigorously enough.

Washer has worked extremely well in the past couple months since owning it, haven’t had any issues with it at all.

It's a great Washing machine, we went with Whirlpool since our last one we had for about 12 years and just wanted to have a bigger machine and still have some extra bells and whistles.

Overall I’m very pleased with this washing machine. I’ve washed my queen comforter in the machine. The only thing about it that isn’t a deal breaker is that sometimes it can be very loud while it’s spinning. But as far as the cleaning. It does a great job!

This washer is fantastic! Great little screen and touch buttons too. Left side is what you're washing and right side is how you want to wash it. Big drum too. I can easily wash a king size comforter in it with room for a few extras! High recommendation.

The only complaint we have at this point is regarding the Owners Manual. We almost returned the washer because we couldn’t figure out how to make it work. We still need instructions on which cycles are best for which wash loads and what each button is meant to do. Through trial and error we have found the results to be excellent. We just wish we had more information. We would probably enjoy this machine even more.

I really enjoy my new washer. I bought the set. I haven’t had a chance to try the dryer, for it’s on back order but I’m sure I will be just as pleased

Washer works very well but VERY VERY NOISY if your laundry room is inside your home. I surely won't be using this washer at bedtime.

It's a great washer machine, we replaced our old one and seems our clothes are much better now.

I've had this for about a month and it gets the job done. I love the large tub; it definitely cuts down on the # of loads I have to wash. Downside is that you have to cancel the load to make changes once you get too far in the programming. That's when I miss being able to just turn a dial. Considering it was on sale and that it was one of the only washers in stock, it's worth the price.

So far so good. Works as intended. Quiet as it can be considering its purpose. Tried to use the bleach dispenser at the front right corner and found later that the bleach had run downt he front of the machine and made a spot on the floor. Bleach dispenser is worthless. 4 stars due to bleach dispenser issue

I absolutely love my washing machine. The tub is big enough that I can wash my comforter.

I love this washer. It makes my clothes smell so fresh. Don’t be intimidated by the buttons. It’s simple to use. I would recommend this product to a family member. I had the lower grade whirlpool and they were junk. Happy with my new exchanged purchase.

BestBuy provided great service, as they installed the washing machine and removed the old washing machine in less than 30 minutes. The washing machine is very reliable and dependable for a household that does approximately five loads of clothes a week.

Like the washer. The sensing technology make it easy that you don't have to pick a size for your load. The pretreatment station is good also.

I am very pleased with this washer, but I am completely frustrated with Whirlpool’s inability to supply me with a clear, thorough users manual to help me figure out how to use its many complicated electronic features. I have tried to contact Whirlpool by phone and email when I have had questions on the most efficient uses of this machine. Even the Best Buy staff at the San Jose, Blossom Hill Blvd. store has tried to help me get this nonexistent manual. All I got was a “Quick Reference Manual” which is entirely too brief, and an installation manual which I don’t need, since Best Buy’s people delivered AND installed it with the final help of my plumber due some problems with the hot and cold water connections in my older 1961 built house. I can’t continue to learn how to best use this very good washer if I have to call and email people when I have a question! With that nonexistent manual, I could simply refer to that manual. Instead, each time I use the washer, I have to pray that I will have a positive learning experience. Oh, well I guess it will be an adventure for me, hopefully a positive adventure?

Replaced a Samsung (which I hate and will never buy anything Samsung but a tv) and though it was similar in price the build quality seems a bit low for the price. $800 unit and the hinge feels non smooth and cheap on the lid. The detergent tray is even flimsier. But I'm glad it's made in the USA. It has a full size agitator.

I love this washer. We had the older version (one of very close to it) of this model. It was easy to install and easy to use. I like that it has a self cleaning mode
