    I’m not happy with the range I purchased, because I didn’t know it was as is. I had two knobs missing and was told by the technician and customer service on the phone, while he was there that and order was placed for them, and I could also check in store and they said it was sold as is. I very dissatisfied, because they gave me a run around.

    I've had problems with this stove since I first got it.It wasnt even 3mths old yet and start having issues didnt get the protection plan but had manufactur warranty for 1yr and all they did was nothing will time pass so itll expire. Theres nothing best buy could do since i didnt buy the additional warranty. I always though highly of best buy but since this has happned to me I probably will not buy anymore appliances here.

    Bought it last march and now the electronics are failing as of the following April. Was a good stove while it lasted. Hate that it needs repairs so soon.

    The coils don't stay hot. I tried boiling water for 45 minutes. IT NEVER BOILED! Total Tech was scheduled to service it today, but never showed nor called.

    Terrible oven

    The oven is 30-40 degrees colder than indicated by the thermostat, and fluctuates wildly during baking. Casseroles come out cold in the middle. Bread doesn't rise correctly. It sucks.

    I ENDED UP CANCELLING THIS PURCHASE AS I WENT BACK THE NEXT DAY TO GET A DRYER, HOWEVER, THEY COULD NOT DELIVER BOTH AT THE SAME TIME. THE SALESMAN WAS ADAMANT THAT THIS WOULD NOT HAPPEN, SO I WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE, FOUND THE SAME ITEMS FOR LESS, BOTH DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY.

    Discouraged at the Quality of the Range

    Very disappointed in the range. When it was delivered the drawer was damaged. They sent a replacement and this one had the same problem. Very discouraging when you put good money out for something. Hoping the third one is a good one.
