Good product, variety of wash cycles/options, Load & Go saves a lot on detergent and cleans items very well on every wash

We love this washing machine, the Load & Go feature is Awesome, not only that machine does it by itself, but it knows how much or how little.. we're saving money on Detergent already...

So I've had this washer since October 2020. Right way, the plastic dispenser for the liquid softener broke a plastic tab. Then the plastic silver tab that you press to add water, broke! Every time I open the lid the plastic piece is loose and moves around. Now it's been 1 1/2 years and the washer is making a squeaking noise while it washes. I had had nothing but trouble with this model. I have always had Whirlpools and never had any trouble until now! Whirlpools are no longer being built in the U.S.A. Now parts are being manufactured built out of country and standards are lower.

I’ve had this washer since Feb 2021 and it’s June 29th. So far so good! No complaints! I’m really impressed with this washer! Love whirlpool for all my appliances!

I hate this washer. I hated this washer the day I got it. It doesn’t wash clothes. I called numerous times to the Best Buy customer service and was transferred numerous times, placed on hold for hours, and hung up on (more than once). I should have gone down to the store and demanded a return. I have tried to get over how dissatisfied I am with the washer by trying to presoak every wash and adding Downey unstoppables, but my workout clothes still smell like sweat, my children’s clothes all come out still stained, socks look AND smell like they were not washed. I get angry every time I wash clothes. Don’t buy this washer. Oh, and it’s super loud.

Great machine. I was definitely worried that it wouldnt fit my king size bedding but I was pleasantly surprised that this thing has handled everything we have thrown its way.

Love it, No problems so far. Got it for Sister as a gift , perfect capacity of her needs and is very quiet.

My only complaint about the product is that the cycles seem take longer than average to complete. Also, the instruction manual has not been very informative or helpful. Aside from that this is a beautiful and very functional machine! I love it!

Nice washer that does what it is supposed to. It has a nice sized tub for washing our family of fours clothes. It s nice looking too. Only knock is it doesn’t clean quite as well as our old washer with the agitator.

This was my “2nd” choice because my 1st choice would have been on back order too long. I’m happy to say I’m very satisfied with the features of this machine!

This is a convenient washing machine to be able to store heavy amounts of soap into the machine itself, is fairly quiet and does a good job of cleaning the clothes

Washer arrived as described and the delivery process was excellent. This is a quiet washer with an easy to use menu. The best feature is the pre-treatment station.

I love how quiet it is. I also love that I can fill it up with laundry detergent and forget it about if for awhile, which really helps with my kids doing laundry.

Due to COVID we had limited choices. Washer is ok, but the Load & Go is a pain. Wish there was an easier bypass method - especially since we prefer pods. Capacity not as large as we would like.

This thing is so great. I love being notified when the load is done. and its been nothing but great so far after 5 months

Almost 2 years in and machine cleans well, cleans quiet. No irregular drum movement, no issues.

So far, this has been a solid washer. The electronics will have to be watched and maintained, but clothes are washed and rinsed well. I really like the adjustable water fill option!

Exciting to do laundry now. Large capacity with technology letting your know it is ready. Energy efficient and stylish

So far, so good. Last, similar washer lasted 3 1/2 yrs. before the demise of a very expensive electronic part, which proved to be currently unavailable. Hence new washer with extra-cost 5-yr. warranty from Best Buy

Way too loud and tears clothes. Compared to my Samsung it’s super loud and doesn’t wash as good.
