Product looks good on paper, but fails in application. After 40 days this product has left us with a wet utility room and minus a washing machine for 5 plus days as we wait the “certified” Whirlpool repairman to appear and tell us it’s a broken unit that requires repair/replacement. Then we will get to wait for parts or replacement. We have now replaced every major Whirlpool appliance in our home at least once after buying the all brand new 7 years ago. We’re done with Best Buy as well. The blue box no longer supports their customers or the products they sell. Buy Greek Squad support or hit the road. A washing machine has a 15 day return policy and then deal with the manufacture after that. What about our laundry over the next 5 days? Ask your neighbor to use theirs was the answer. Horrible way to treat a customer, a life-long customer at that. 2 of my favorite brands out the door at once.

This was an out of box purchase, but nothing wrong except a little cosmetic problems. Love the way it cleans and very happy with the purchase.

Very quiet with many cycles and options. Touch controls very easy to operate. WiFi connectivity is a bonus.

The drain hose is not easy to install. In fact, even the installers did not do it correctly - and we ended up with gallons of water on the floor. Using this machine is not as intuitive as you would expect. Also, it appears to work much better with liquid detergent than with pods, which is a little inconvenient. Otherwise, this machine seems to work well.

I like it but I am still trying to get used to the load and go dispenser. It is much more efficient with detergent use. I really like all the electronic selections.

Happy with this Whirlpool product so far. Attractive, was as promoted. Glad yo gave a Whirlpool. Doing hood job cleaning clothes. Ease of use.

I really like my Whirlpool washer and matching dryer. I have had them for 8 months and still love them. The only issue is that the end of cycle signal on the washer quit working yesterday. I have tried doing a factory reset and turning the signal on and off manually but have had no success. Whirlpool, can you help me? I also would like to find the owner's manual that I can download. Thanks.

I am loving not have to put in detergent every load. The clothes, especially my towels smell SO much better than from my front loader.

This washer was a mistake. After 2 weeks it stopped working. It is still under warranty, but we have to wait for the repair shop to order the parts. We paid too much for this washer to break down so quickly.

The washer is very large and processes clothes quickly and quietly. Auto detergent dispensing is a nice feature, looks great too.

My Whirlpool Washer is the best. It gets the washing done with minimal effort.
