I really like this machine. It actually agitates the clothes a little bit, unlike the other two HE washers, and I think the clothes are getting much cleaner. I've only had it a month but have used it a lot and hope that it holds up well.

Buyer beware wiring issues!!

I got zero support from the OEM and had to replace it. We had it repaired once but it broke again!!! The wiring is a known issue and should be recalled !! The wires break under the drum and you have to have them fixed. Which costs money!! A thousand dollar washing machine should last more than a year and a half!!
