So far so good. I'll post an update 2 years from now because it seems like things get broken in a very short time.

What a great deal, it looks great, and works even better!

Had this washer a little over 2 1/2 years, and the drain pump went out and shorted out the main control board. Going on 2 weeks to get replacement pats. So now I need a new drain pump and main control board at a cost of almost $500 on a machine that only does 2 loads a week.

Didnt come with instructions on what everything is and does. Still trying to learn features. Machine always sounds like its off balance.

Good value on open box. Guys who did the installation we're phenomenal. Cool features like load and go plus the app which has monthly fee

The washer is digital and started out working well. Then reality set in and it stopped working as it should.

So far we are loving all the features on this Washer. It does a really good job of cleaning your clothes. And we are enjoying the app for it.

Very good washer no doubt. But it need to say that charges for the wifi features.

Wife loves the wifi of unit. It’s quiet, does’nt have to keep added detergent. Only had it 10 days.

I have never owned Whirlpool before I was very happy with the fit and finish when the product arrived and so far have no complaints.

Very pleased with this product. It definitely lives up to the quality that Whirlpool promises.

The delivery went very well. All staff members were nice and helpful. The machine works perfectly. No complaints as of yet.

Unfortunately we didn’t have a great experience, after 1 year of use only the machine stopped discharging water. We had the technician coming over and it was identified a ruptured wiring preventing the discharge pump starting, after more the one month of wait on replacement, now the pump won’t stop and the machine is still not working. It’s unfortunate that for a new machine with a new design having this issue (seems to be from design/structure since the wire has not enough length and got ruptured only from conventional machine vibration). It’s been 2 months that I have to go for washing stores, and no expenses reimbursed or even an optimistic idea when the problem can be fixed. Also bought the drier, and although the beauty inox coating, it got scratches from the moment we placed for first a plastic basket in the top of it. I wouldn’t recommend anyone of buying both.

Great. I move the WiFi feature but I wish that you didn’t have to pay for it after the trial.

Noisy and loud. Didn’t clean clothes properly never filled to cover clothes with water

By far the best cleaning washer I’ve bought with so much room to wash everything needing to be washed.

Absolute garbage. If you want a washer to tie your sheets or pants into a big knot then this is the washer for you. Nothing makes a day better then a big wad of knotted up work pants that resembles the Christmas lights you have to unravel every year. Just think you could do it every week with this worthless over priced hunk of scrap metal.

This washer is amazing. I can fit my king comforter in it no problem. I also love that I can fill the soap dispenser and go.

We are very satisfied with the price and that delivery is free. The sales associate was very knowledgeable.
