I purchased this washer Oct 2021. I had been working fine until 6months ago. I now keep getting an Error F1 E1. I have been on the phone with Whirlpool and there are no help. I spent money to get it fix and it’s still not fixed. Save your money don’t buy this one. If you must buy this brand I wouldn’t get it with the Wi-Fi capability. I think that has something to do with and it’s corrupted.

So we’ve had our washer and dryer set for only 3 months and the washer is already gone out. It will not spin and our clothes are stuck in it.

We bought this back in June 2022 and had it set up in August that year. Now it is giving us different error codes and issues that it never has before, and it's so frustrating. I would give a good review if getting a technician out wasn't so expensive, but Whirlpool nor Best Buy cares at this point.

I received my washer and dryer the day before Thanksgiving. I didn’t get a chance to use it until my 14 day warranty was up before I got sick. I don’t believe that the soap dispenser is working probably. Also the button the you push if you wants to rinse something do not want. I only recommend it if you have time to use it before your store warranty is up.

Loved the idea of the load n go but I honestly don’t think it works. Did a couple loads of laundry and the level is getting lower but my laundry didn’t smell like the detergent at all and my pants still had marks on them that I knew should have come off. I’ll keep trying but it seemed too good to be true. It also gives you an approximate washing time but then the time changes during the cycle so I’m never sure when to expect them to be the done. Other than that if I put the detergent in myself it works. Love the little spot scrubber and faucet function too.

Great value, we had rhe previous model for the past 10 yrs. U cant go wrong with whirlpool. This particular size works perfect for a household of 4

The spin cycle, the drum wobbles all over the place and the front put adjust was bent on an angle so I could not adjust it properly

washer does a fine job, so far. Have always trusted Whirpool products for a very long time. Not fond of detergent dispenser, old school here....prefer to dump the soap on the clothes! LOL

Bought this washer in January 2021, the motor went out August 2023. Appliances should last longer than that. It has been taken care of, always stayed on top of the clean cycles with Affresh, and gently used. Sorry to say I didn’t buy an extended warranty.

Buy an old school washer instead. This washer is great for regular loads of laundry. But if you stop the wash cycle, or wash wet clothes or towels then it just shuts down. The weight from the wet clothes causes the sensors to send the load to drain. The same happens if you use the soak function. It soaks then drains but wont let you wash them because it repeatedly trys to drain the heavy load. The only solution is to take the wet clothes out and them a little at a time to a load of dry clothes. This is my second washer and the other one had the same issue. I even tried the app and did the software update.

Was really hopeful for this machine. Except it smelled like burning plastic every time the wash cycle would start and the impeller didn’t move. The clothes sat in water, drained, rinsed, sat in water, it would spin and then end. Dirty clothes and the fear of a fire starting. Returned this and went with a different brand after issues with 3 washers that were whirlpool.

The washer would not turn on. It just made a weird noise. Had to literally unplug the washer for it to go off.

I would rate no star if I could! This machine does not have an agitator so it does not get my husbands white shirts clean! I have tried everything and the correct settings. The exchange policy is only 14 days which is not even enough time to try it out. So by the time I washed his shirts it was past the 14 days! I would not recommend this washer. I am out of a lot of money for a product that does not work!!!

Purchased July 2021. Paint bubbling on interior top panel. Out of manufacturers one year warranty and am told rust not covered under extended warranty. A $1,000 washer rusts after two years? Ridiculous. Whirlpool clearly does not stand by their products. Unable to upload photos, repeated error message: "Sorry the upload failed"
