Love this washer, so convenient to load & go. Load capacity is awesome

Excellent unit. Easy to setup and use. Performs great.

Again, we've been a loyal maytag/whirlpool client for years. However this one has also been disappointing. This is a very light duty washer! You cannot fill it more than 1/4 full with towels, jeans, sweaters or anything with substance. It cannot spin the water out of the laundry and you are left with dripping wet clothes and error codes. I do love the load and go soap dispenser! Very efficient! The cold water rinse button and scrubber are also a nice feature (that's why I'm giving it 2 stars) but again the solidity of this washer is less than desirable. I spend entirely too much time separating dripping wet clothes or washing small loads to accommodate this weak washer. Needs improvement!

AMAZING is only the beginning. This machine has so many settings it is almost overwhelming. I never worry about my clothes getting the wrong treatment, water temperature, detergents, etc. Everything is so easy and yet specialized. Great machine and technology!

After all of the hours of reading reviews and seeking to find the best wash and dryer combo this is it. We love the load and go with pre wash and scrub options. It is so easy to run this machine and has been flawless through a 100 loads already. The extra money for load and go and extra features is worth it.

So far so good! Love the water dispenser as I don’t have a sink nearby. Clothes come out clean and all the options are working well. I didn’t think I would like the load and go but I do!

Purchased this washer for a little over 2 1/2 years and never had a problem. I only use it for clothes and nothing heavy. I would go to the laundromat for those things. I put in a load and came home to the machine filled with water and none of the buttons would come on. We checked the plug to make sure we didn't blow a fuse. Called for service and they ordered a new control board. When they put in the new control board it blew again. Called Whirlpool had one of their people come and also said the control board is not working correctly. So now I am out of a lot of money which I could have just purchased a new matching. Now I have to go and spend more money to get another washer. I'm beyond mad that it is only 2 1/2 years old. I loved it up until now. This was my first large purchase when we bought our home. Now reading these reviews it seems to be a problem. I thought Whirpool/Maytag was a good brand and would last a long time. I will not be purchasing another from them. Hoping the dryer will last awhile longer.

Replaced a whirlpool cabrio washing machine that was getting old. This washer is very quiet and seems to do a great job of getting things clean. The wifi connectivity may not seem necessary (it didn’t to me) but having alerts when the laundry is done is actually handy.

Is very good, this machine is fast,powerful, and very easy to use, and everything met my expectations definitely recommend this washer love it. If your looking for the traditional BIG top loader with the efficiency of high technology this is you best bet hands down.

So Worth the Value!!! It was an out of box item but I don’t care because no one used and had minor scratches. Works great and compatible with iphone so I program to it. I even have my kids doing laundry and it’s a plus that they don’t have to measure the amount of detergent being dispensed.

This Whirlpool washer is an excellent machine and easy to operate. It provides various settings to allow you to customize your wash for the clothing you are throwing in. I would also add that the crew that delivered and installed the machine did a great job and made sure I was comfortable with the machine and the hook up before they left.

Good washer, but very loud noise when washing., can be annoying.

So glad to be back with a TOP LOAD! This washer is HUGE and can handle quite a bit - which is great for our family. Love that the app lets me know when the cycle is complete so that I can take the load out and put in the dryer right away. Love the chrome shadow finish - so pretty!

I originally purchased this product from Home Depot and they called me two days before delivery to say the product was out of stock. I cancelled my order, went on line to Best Buy, found the same exact washer/dryer, got delivery scheduled just a couple of days later, and paid $700 less than I would have at Home Depot! We love the washer/dryer, its American made, and we love Best Buy!
