This washer is great. Works well, have only used it 2 times. It is a bit noisy, however saying that I have not called the store to have the washer checked out. The service from Best Buy was exceptional. Will return to Best Buy for future purchases.

We love the washing machine especially the dispense that’s on the machine.

Numerous types of loading cycles; some with adjustability. Pre-programs work best. Sensing accurately adjusts water level and temps. Takes some time to understand how to operate so reading the manual a couple of times is advised. Very large tub made even larger without the center agitator of old. Have not tried the wireless app or remote operations. Not a fan of IoT for security reasons mostly. Probably will never use that feature. Great bargain when purchasing the combo with the dryer as well which is what I did. Same features of multiple combinations to adjust drying temp and time. Overall I am extremely satisfied with this product and the price I paid for it. Great value.

Super great washer! Gets the job done, but also have an automatic soap dispenser which makes washing clothes so much faster, but also saves money.

I love the new washer, It has a place for detergent and reminds me when the detergent is low. I purchased it on a weekend and the credit card company immediately billed me and I had to pay for the the following week.

Not only does this washer work great but it’s also gorgeous! It’s easy to get all my laundry done in a timely manner thanks to the huge load capacity.

We just had this delivered. The washer has allot of room to do large loads.

The washing machine works great but it did not come with the hoses and the installers informed me of that when they showed up. I was very disappointed after spending a lot of $$$, so i went out a couple days later and purchased hoses. Best Buy please don't hide the fact hoses are not included.

Cleans well, a lot of cleaning choices, no instructions regarding the single load fill versus smart load. No where does it tell you how to use a single load of detergent except if you use a pod.

First washer had a very loud noise, but Best Buy came and picked it up and replaced it with a brand new one, which is really quiet. This is a great washer, still learning all of the features but loving it so far. Customer service has been outstanding.

Besides being beautiful and sleek looking, it’s super deep and fits our needs perfectly. We’re a family of 6 and were in need of a deep washer. The load and go feature is great. Just pour all your detergent in and wash away freely. Highly recommended
