It has the water spout which helps with removing spots. It has a soaking function, and multiple wash functions. My family uses all of these on a regular basis. I especially like the soaking feature, which I didn't have on my last machine. Only complaint it that it is louder than I want it to be.

We had a front loader HE washer which smelled since we could never clean it enough. We knew we didn’t want to go that route again. This new washer is great. It has so much room and no agitator. We have King size sheets etc. This fits them with room left over. Towels don’t need to be 2 loads since there’s more room. There are so many options for temperatures & water levels. Built in faucet & pretreat station is a nice feature. Luckily we were able to hold off and get it on sale too.

I thought something was wrong with it. Scheduled a service call and was told "it has a powerful motor" Even when I close the laundry room door, I can hear it in other parts of the house. Very annoying

Waited 7 weeks without a washer until Best Buy took over the repair. Water inlet valve failed at 12 months. Will now take at least 10 days to get fixed.

Our biggest issue with our old washer was that it shook the whole log cabin. We don't have that problem with this washer and couldn't be more pleased.

Good features, but I have had trouble with a larger load with the unbalanced error. Never had that with the other one until the end.
