Delivery guys were great but not their faults! Returned no problem just time consuming and replaced with another brand name

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Received this one from Whirlpool as a replacement for another (now discontinued) model I had purchased at Best Buy back in August 2021 that quit under warranty. So far, I am loving it. Takes some getting used to all the features/buttons but our clothes are very clean even with the lower than usual water levels. So many ways to customize a load and I love the pre-treat station with faucet! It is very quiet in comparison to the previous one. Love the see through lid so I can make sure it is doing what it is supposed to. So far I am very happy with this upgraded replacement.

Since it was under warranty we contacted Whirlpool. Well, it took them 4 MONTHS of sending repair people out only to finally tell us that it would have to be replaced. Received the replacement in September of 2022. Now, less than 2 years later, the replacement washer is no longer washing. Spend your hard earned money on another brand. Whirlpool is not worth it.

We bought this washer in July 2021 and in less than one year it has already broken 2 times so far. First-time Computer and Water Pump were replaced and this time Transmission needs to replace but the part is in back order and it can take months to fix the washer. Our previous Whirlpool washer and dryer worked for 18 years without a single repair but this one is a piece of junk. It seems Whirlpool is no longer a trustable brand. Our same brand dishwasher also broke in less than two years of usage. I think time to search for another brand.
