Worthless Oven after 1.5 years.

The oven is useless, you can preheat it, try to bake something and temperature drops a lot. More than 50 degrees. And it still shows the temp you set on display. I'm really disappointed because I spend so much money on an oven and we can really use it. I Would call customer service how're last time I was on hold for over an hour.
