Only major issue I have with this is the pre heat takes FOREVER. Also the fingerprints on the touch screen are annoying. They are there anytime you use it.

This was part of a larger order, it was recommend and helped complete the build.

I can't wait to get this and hopefully it will be everything we hope for but it is frustrating to have to wait so long to get it!

Don’t buy this if you expect a traditional slide in oven. This oven does not have the flanges on the side that will cover the countertop, leaving a gap between the side of the stove top and countertop. Pretty disappointed this is mentioned nowhere in the description.

Disgusting, The new range was damaged and would not fit in the space where it was measured to fit by the home adviser. The storage drawer at the bottom was even broken. The delivery people were extremely courteous and professional. Apologized for the inconvenience. They put the damaged goods back on the truck.

This oven was brand new with our house when we bought it just over 2 years ago. The glass top is not easy to clean, any spills require some serious elbow grease and a good glass cooktop cleaner. The black trim around the front control panel scratches like crazy, looks terrible. Finally, I turned the oven on to begin preheating for Thanksgiving dinner ... About 10mins in I started to smell electrical burning. I checked the oven and the control panel was out --- burned out and dead on thanksgiving day and only 2 years old. I was so furious, this piece of garbage is now sitting at the end of my driveway.

I purchased this oven in late 2019 had issues from the start. The panel is not made of the same material as the stove top and the paint started to chip away fairly early on. I now have charring on the backsplash behind the stove due to an issue with the vent system and the panel makes the stove look over 10 years old. To prevent further damage to the backsplash, I've not used the oven in at least 8 months. I have resorted to cooking everything that goes in the oven in an air fryer. I did/do not want to suffer through the indignity of a warranty claim. The techs at Best Buy are not well versed in repairing anything, really. Any time there is an issue, I try to just deal with it because, either there is an issue with Best Buy scheduling, understanding the problem, or they'll send out a 19 year old alone who doesn't know anything. This stove has been among the most disappointing purchases I've made from Best Buy. I purchased all Whirlpool appliances, but will soon try another brand.
