I just love how this washer is extremely quiet & saves me money. It’s very efficient. Because of the automatic soap dispenser, I haven’t bought laundry detergent in 3 months. It really gets the job done! I also appreciate having multiple cycles to chose from!

Whirlpool is my favorite brand when buying appliances. The best feature is the load and go detergent dispenser. You fill it, and then forget it! You eliminate the step of adding detergent to every single load. Also, the right amount of detergent is dispensed at the right time during the wash cycle. I know this is going to save the amount of detergent I use. I'm sure I was adding too much without knowing it. Very pleased with my washer!

Had the washer about 3 weeks now. So far, so great! Barring any forthcoming setbacks, this washer is really cool and worth the price tag. The panel is very simple and easy to navigate. The washer is very careful and precise when “sensing” the size of the load. It also looks awesome, they really did a great job aesthetically.

Not lovin' it due to the noise. And, although the Load & Go is a nice thought, it always calls for more detergent when there is a lot in the dispenser. Makes me think it's using MUCH MORE detergent than I would use if I put it in myself. In addition, if one wants to use a different detergent for a gentle wash, lets say, you can't use the Load & Go anyway. I just prefer to dispense the detergent myself. It seems to take a LONG time to do it's job, however maybe it just seems that way. I wish I would have purchased a different brand.

Love how simple the machine is, I love how you load the detergent and machine releases amount needed depending on what you set wash it. It's fast, easy and love the color!

I love this washer. It's programmable and holds enough detergent for several loads without having to refill. It does a great job on my clothes and the notifications are not harsh at all. It was also reasonably priced.

So far we are very impressed with this washer. Large capacity, cleans well, and looks nice. No bacteria issues like we had with the front load models.

I’ve had this washer for almost 2 months and so far it’s doing great. I like how quiet it is compared to my previous washer. I think it also cleans better. I also like the load & go feature that it comes with.

I love the product. The washing machine was exactly what I wanted and it works beautifully, hence the 5 stars. The only issue I have is that I was told that it was a floor model. I have no problem with a floor model, except then why was there both laundry soap in the continuous dispenser and water in the machine? When I arrived home with the washer, the back of my van smelled lovely, but that's because both soap and water had leaked out of the machine, soaked the cardboard surrounding it and poured into the stow and go areas of my minivan. It could've been worse, it could've been something other than soap and water but nonetheless, I can't seem to figure out how a floor model would've been filled with such things.

I was leary about the load and go for soap but it works great. The machine is simple to use. I would say Buy with confidence!!

Have had washer for 3 weeks now and works great. We love the fact you just fill detergent in holder and can do a bunch of loads before you fill it again. Clothes come out clean and that's what matters the most.

purchased this for retirement home after using comparable model previously. Was a little puzzled by the Load and Go detergent dispenser at first; then discovered we could easily bypass the auto mode to use alternative detergents. Have matching dryer, and the pair make a great surface for folding dried clothes in a laundry room that would love to have been bigger...

I haven’t owned this washer very long at all but I did spend all weekend doing laundry after installation on Friday - the unit is large & easy to use. Look forward to using all the capabilities here soon!

Bought this as a replacement for a 3 year old Samsung washer that broke down and the replacement parts and labor would have been half the cost of this Whirlpool. We'll see how long it works. So far it works phenomenal.

Love the capacity is huge and clothes get clean Very simple to use and if you use the tabs they do help with the washing needed. I bought it recently but very happy with the washer.

High Quality feel, and Beautiful Appearance. Love the; see through top load lid, automatic detergent dispenser, pre-scrub stain treatment ability, super easy to load. Electronic push button controls are attractive and easy to use. Nice quiet operation. Super happy. FYI: I recommend top load washers. I considered other front load machines, but Local Appliance repairman recommended top load washers as more durable and long lasting than front load. I agree as family members that have purchased expensive front load machines end up having them repaired every couple of years.

It’s nice, alittle more push and hold type button to turn on or to start. App is pretty good. My 1 only complaint is it’s LOUD. I am Going to call Geek Squad to make sure it’s supposed to be this loud being new.

so far is has been an excellent product. There is no issues with noise clothing coming out unclean or clothing coming with product still on it. Easy and friendly to use

This washer holds large loads and cleans well. The noise level is acceptable. The style is attractive and efficient. Washing clothes is easy now!
