Excellent capacity and I like that it determines the water level by senses g the amount in there, or I can add extra water by pushing a button. I like the it tell me through the app that the wash is done. That keeps me from having to keep going downstairs to see if it is completed.

I've had my chrome shadow washer & dryer pair for 6-mons now and they've been great. Neither has come up short in any area. I use the Whirlpool app mainly to notify me when a cycle is complete, and with the dryer you're prompted if you want to put it on wrinkle shield. And yes, I did get the 5-yr BB warranty for both, it wasn't that much more.

Works well so far. I only have a couple of things that I’m disappointed about. Rather than filling up the tray & the machine deciding how much soap to dispense in each load, I would rather us be able to decide for ourselves how much soap we would like to use for each load. And also I’m very disappointed that there’s not a separate dispenser for the OxiClean, like we had in our previous machine (Whirlpool Cabrio).

It’s a little loud and no center agitation. Good for the money.

GIving 4 stars only because I haven't had a chance to use this appliance regularly just yet. It's beautiful and energy efficient. It takes some getting used to if you've used an older washer for a number of years. And there is not a comprehensive users manual unless you watch YouTube videos. The online manuals and paper manuals are only helpful to a point. All the fabulous features and benefits are only explained on YouTube by other buyers. A purchase of this size is really an investment. A comprehensive Users Guide is merited.

This is the worst washer I have purchased. We bought a new set due to we sold our home and our set stayed with the house so i went out to buy a set similar to the one we had, due to we had such good luck with the old set. This washer is loud and the load and go button keep getting disabled and we cant get it to work properly. If I could return them I would for sure. Don't but them they are so loud and difficult to operate.

This was recommended to us by Ken and he was great. We had gone in looking for a washer and dryer for our first home that my fiance and I could both work given our height differences. This was one where I didn't feel too tall and she could still reach the bottom of the washer even though it is a top load.

Easy to use ,minimal noise and fit perfectly. It did take forever to get here but looking at it now, it was worth the wait. Nice!!!
