    Best Buy reps could never get my order right! My first honeywell I ordered sent the wrong one second order Whirlpool never could get one in stock! So I bought one from Lowes and they delivered it the next day of me ordering It!

    I should never have purchased this. One day it was on sale $40 off I ordered it the next day it was regular price, next day it was $40 off again. When I got the unit no coasters. Trying to get a receipt to send back to complaint unit, hard thing to do, when ordering online. I think I'm going to box the whole thing up and take it back to Best buy, And I'm a member of total tech. Not a good experience for a long-term customer.
