Everything works great. Came with several dents when I purchased it brand new. It took me 3 weeks to get my new gas line put in, so when i finally opened the box, it was past the 2 week window for best buy to take care of the issue. Wouldn't have been a big deal had I purchased a scratch and dent appliance. But paying full price. Very frustrating.

Great look and easy to clean. Gas top and convection oven heat up quickly and cook food thoroughly. Great addition to the kitchen

I bought this stove as a Black Friday deal and couldn't be happier. Its clean looking and has all the features you need for a small household. We cook a lot and this stove satisfies our needs. Installation and setup are super easy.

This stove is a great addition to our kitchen. The double oven feature is great. We like being able to cook at two different temperatures at the same time.

A beautiful high quality range, at an affordable price

I have one month and my knobs already broke they are plastic very cheap material not worth the price I payed.

I got this item a year ago, and there are missing 3 knobs, poor quality.

Bought as a scratch and dent at my local store - no dents, just a small scratch on the bottom drawer - you'd have to know where it was to notice it. Was brand new, not installed, just damaged during delivery apparently. One tip - if you scratch the black stainless portions of it - a black sharpie can help hide it. Since it was a return, I got a very good price on it. This isn't a top tier model, but it is a nice stove. It has a convection oven and a fifth burner - upgrades over my last one. The knobs are... cheap and really don't match the quality of the rest of the stove. I'm not sure on why Whirlpool cheaped out here as this is the main interface that you use daily. As seen on some other reviews they seem a easy to break. At the full asking price, I don't think it's a very good value - especially considering what the other manufacturer's offer at this price point. Get it on a good sale and you'll be happy - except for the knobs...

A very smart purchase, indeed. Whenever someone visits my home for the first time, they always express their love for my Whirlpool, black stainless steel gas stove & I always respond by saying " Best Buy is where I purchase all of my appliances & electronics'! Best Buy for the WIN!

We needed an upgrade to all of our kitchen appliances. We chose to go with Whirlpool since it's made in the USA. We researched kitchen appliances for a month before making this purchase. This oven not only had great reviews, but was also recommended by service technicians. We had an electric oven and wanted to go to a gas model as I feel gas cooks better and gas is cheaper than electric. We had a gas line already behind our old model ready to use. So we pulled the trigger on this model. Stove top is super easy to clean and the convection oven option is an added benefit for baking deserts or baking chicken. If you are thinking of going to a gas model or replacing an older gas oven, this is the one to go to. It might be a little more expensive, but it is a great investment. We bought it during the annual President Day sale (which we waited for) and did the 18 months 0% interest on our Best Buy card.

So glad I bought this range. I love gas appliances. My old oven went out and I had to replace the oven as the cook top still worked. I like Whirlpool and since all my other items are black Whirlpool, as they need replacement, i will do so with black and stainless steel. So the stove is gorgeous, the grating is perfect, except you have the lift the grates to clean it. As we are sometimes messy sprinkling seasonings I kind of like to wipe up the stove with Clorox wipes or Lysol everyday after each use. This was a Pre-Covid OCD. Anyway, If you just wait for the grate to cool down its easier to clean. The convection oven is awesome and the frozen pizza feature is just what I need since there are many days, I do not like to cook, and with COVID, I can trace my infection to the one time I ate inside a restaurant, so for 18 mos now I have been home and cooking all our meals. Anyhow the stove top is great, quick to heat and evenly. The oven does it's job. I have not had to clean it. I also like the storage under the oven, which was a surprise because I had one on my old stove but the pictures and reviews do not give you an idea that there is storage underneath. I love it.

I LOVE this gas range! Very well built, stovetop is spacious and heavy duty, easy to clean, stove knobs are not easily and dangerously easy to ignite if bumped as I had read in reviews for other ranges. The convection and regular oven functions perform perfectly and the oven door doesn’t slam as my last oven did. The storage drawer is a little smallish but who cares?! My food tastes great and I’m having a blast cooking with this range. I can find plenty of small kitchenware to store in it. I couldn’t be happier!!

I am extremely happy with this stove and oven. Installation was fairly simple and it is awesome to use. The grates over the burners are very stable and very even. If you have cooked on a flat top electric, that's the sturdy feel of the grates. The middle burner is awesome for griddle, and the burners in general light really quickly. Did not even realize this had a convection oven until install. It keeps the oven from having hot spots and cookies evenly. This is by far the best stove I have ever owned.

This stove is great. No issueas at all. I love that it has both regular bake and convection bake options. It is easy to use and I am so very happy with the Whirlpool freestanding gas range. I also like the top of the range and feel it does not look dirty or in need of a cleaning like my old one.

I'm totaling loving my new stove, frig and microwave. Wasn't sure about have a microwave above the stove but it's working out just great. All appliances are Whirlpool and the in Stainless Steel. The Stainless matches perfectly even though the stove isn't finger print proof. Wish I would have bought the stove with it but it's still working out great.
