The heating quality is excellent. The vertical burner works great when keeping catering trays warm when guests come over. It is the best oven/range we have had.

Great range. Easy to clean stove top. Grates are heavy and easy to remove. Oven preheats in minutes.

So far no complaints except with Best Buy home installation, but it works as expected now. Don’t really have anything excellent or negative to say about it

I give this stove a high rating because I truly live it. the one flaw is the burner racks are scratching my stove. The burning tacks are poorly cushioned. I keep my stove and oven in great condition. I have to be extra careful when removing the burner racks in order to clean the stove. If it hits it a certain way it'll nik it!

Love the grill design very useful. Oven cooks thoroughly. Just made a lasagna and the cooking time was exact. Color was doesn’t blend with stainless steel IRS more black than anything.

Great looking black and stainless steel gas range with speed heat burner and self-cleaning oven. It is easy to use and cooks great. Highly recommend.

This stove gets the job done. Oven pre heat super fast.

I love our new gas range . The only thing I wished I would have looked at was that the burners seem so close together. I usually cook with 3 to 4 burners going. If you cook on the center one the pot on the others are not centered whatsoever. Other than that I love it!

I purchased the 1st stove in 11/2024. Whirlpool Stove arrived visibly damaged but it still worked. Was told by delivery to call and request replacement stove. Was allowed to keep Whirlpool stove while replacement was delivered. I want to add that the service agent for Best Buy was very nice and responded promptly. Replacement stove out of stock and took weeks before another Whirlpool stove was substituted. New stove delivered. Everything looked fine except for a small dent on the lower side. Best Buy installation person installed. All of family began to notice a gas smell plus it was taking over a minute for stove to ignite. We smelled gas anytime the stove would re-light itself during use. We called county or city gas company to check the range and they detected a leak in the Whirlpool range. Best Buy told me that I have to call Whirlpool Manufacturer since it was day 18 and there was nothing they could do. I informed the representative that gas was leaking and Whirlpool range defective, damaged and could cause death. Manufacturer sent a repairman or subcontractor who confirmed gas leak stated that part would need to be replaced. The sub contracted repair company tried to replace the part but stated the gas line was too tight and a plumber will need to come out and that we would need to pay for a plumber to untighten the gas line because the Whirlpool subcontractor did not have tools. I haven't had a stove to use in 3.5 weeks. So I only had the Whirlpool stove for less than 3 weeks. I have no money to pay for a repair that is under the Manufacturer's warranty.

While the range is attractive , I feel it is deceptive in its grilling aspect. Bought a top of the line grill pan to use on the oval grill burner, only to find out that there is only a low flame. This oval grill burner is totally useless for grilling; probably best as a warmer. Had I known the above, would never have bought the stove.

I have no complaints! Works great Just watch out for the large flames when you first start up and be prepared to clean to keep it nice. I haven’t used the self cleaning yet but will soon

So far it seems great, the only downside is the color (which I obviously picked) because it shows any dust.

Preheats quick, looks great. I love the middle burner, but it takes away any flat surface to set things like a spoon rest.

It's works great and does exactly what it's suppose to do. It's a beautiful stove and I enjoy it's functionality!

This oven was so great for Thanksgiving dinner, it is so roomy was able to add the 2nd rack with a 23 lb turkey to cook the stuffing. The turkey came out perfect.
