Very surprised at the fit and finish of this range. It is stylish and well made, The power burners make short work of boiling a pot of pasta water, and the flame is clear, controlled, and a lovely shade of blue, indicating a precise air/fuel ratio. I love the edge to edge grates and they make cleanup a breeze. The oven performs just as well, getting up to temp quickly. I haven't used the air fryer feature yet, but I am confident that it will perform just as well as the rest of the oven. Overall, I would highly recommend this stove if you are upgrading as I did.

This is a good range and since we bought it on sale, it was an excellent value. The burners are strong and they provide even heating. However, the arrangement of them is a bit off, which is one reason why I give this a 4 vs 5. Both of the smaller burners are in the back, something I find odd. Our previous stove had one small in the back and one large with the same arrangement in the first row (although the sizes of all 4 burners were different). I haven't read the specs yet to see exactly how many BTUs each burner gives but the 2 in front seem to both be the same and they are strong. I'd prefer having one smaller in the front so as to not need to reach back to use less heat. I haven't tried the griddle yet but I like the way it looks. The other reason I gave it a 4 was that the grates are hard to clean. I have purchased from Whirlpool their cleaner but haven't used it yet. We shall see if that helps keep the grates clean. The oven works well and hopefully the self clean will work when needed. I haven't used the air fry and hesitate to do since I don't want food debris to fly off in any shape or form. Again, this was purchased on sale, it works well, but there's no chance I'd think it was a good deal if I had gotten it at full price.

An excellent stove, does everything we wanted in a stove. Highly recommend

I've had this about a month. I've baked bread and pizza and cakes, and it does fine. I haven't used the convection or air fryer. The issues I have with the stove are probably not unique to this brand and are more about design than performance. I wish all the burners were the same size. I don't get the point of varied ones. The complete cover of the grate is also not well thought out. I have to remove these huge grates every time I want to wipe off the stove. Also, I can't believe they can't make a stove that is meant for real life and can be actively cleaned without fear of scratching the surface. Finally, in this model, I didn't realize that I wasn't getting a way to set the temperature without going up or down at 5 degree increments. Oh well. I think to get that, I had to move up a level in price. I give it four stars because it cooks fine and the design issues I dislike seem to be across all brands and models. Forced to choose between would you recommend this item yes or no, I put yes, because no would be too harsh, but I would neither recommend it nor say that it's bad. I think it's good value and performance given that apparently the people who design cooking ranges do not actually cook or clean them.

Cooks really well, however drawer keeps coming off track. Haven’t figured that out.

This oven is amazing! It heats evenly and is easy to use. We love having the optional Air Fry without having another appliance taking up counter space. Install service was quick and the gentleman was knowledge and didn’t leave a trace of him ever being there! This oven is also super easy to clean!

I love the design and color of our stove. It looks classy and matches our refrigerator and microwave! I also like the way the grates extend out to the edge of the stovetop and how the burners come apart, making it very easy to clean. There are a few things that I am very disappointed about. For instance, I did not realize that this model had two "power" burners. These burners do not go down to a low setting, making it very easy to burn your food. Very seldom do I use those burners except to quickly boil things. I'm using the oblong burner meant for grilling to cook on because it has a lower flame setting. I really wish there was only one "power" burner. I'm losing cooking space because of these 2 burners. ☹️ I'm also disappointed in the strength of the oven grates. I put some of my cast iron cookware on the grates and they sagged under the weight. I was very shocked at this as I was expecting to store these items in the oven as I had done in my old oven. I'm afraid of bending the grates so I have to store them in a cupboard that isn't close to my stove. It's very inconvenient. So disappointed. Again, the grates in my old Whirlpool oven were much heavier and had no issues holding 2 cast iron griddles and 6 skillets from 12" to 5" and a cast iron dutch oven. The most weight I feel I can put on the racks is 1 griddle and 1 skillet and the Dutch oven. And lastly, the storage drawer isn't as heavy duty as my old one. The metal is thin and easy to twist out of shape when removing or inserting the drawer. I was so excited when we purchased this stove and couldn't wait for it to arrive only to be disappointed over the things I have mentioned here. It truly saddens and disappoints me that Whirlpool has lowered their standards and are using such low quality materials in their products. Don't get me wrong, I have always loved Whirlpool products. Our washer is like 20 years old and has never given us any problems. All of our large appliances are Whirlpool, but if I could return this stove today and get my money back, I would in a heartbeat. ☹️

Im so happy with this stove its so easy to clean . The stove is also a air fryer that is a big plus . I do alot of baking and the oven is just the right soace

This is a decent range. It heats up in a reasonable amount of time. The stove top is nice too. The flame was perfect and needed no adjustment. Have yet to use the air fry option, but we are looking forward to that. The only thing that bugs me is we bought it thinking that the digital display is a nice white light as shown in all the pictures, but it is blue. It doesn't match the Whirlpool microwave that sits above it. In store, they wouldn't plug it in for me to show me what it looked like, but the tech said based on the pictures from the website, the numbers will be white. Not a deal breaker for us, but some people would be irritated by it.

Very pleased with our new range! Have used the oven a lot for baking ! Easy to clean . Love the convection and air fryer part of oven . Bought it on sale at Labor Day pricing ! Very pleased with delivery !

Love my new range. Small pots…big pots they all fit. Burners are different sizes to accommodate tiny pots as well. Air fryer works incredible. Easy to clean. Very easy to install yourself.

Nice gas range. I lije the range and it works well so far. Our problem with this purchase had nothing to do with the range. If youhave it delicered and installed by Best Buy be pro active. The guys that came to install this were terrible. I asked them if they knew it was for propane and not natural gas. The one guy responded that it was set up the way we ordered it. Then they had the wrong hose to hook it up we gave them the one from our old stove. In hun sight that should have been our first indication that the stove was not set up for propane. The installation guythat was working to hook up the gas hose over tightened the nut and twisted our gas line spliting the line. The guy cut himsef and woukdm't let me clean the dut and bandage it. He then walked in blood he had on the kitchen floor and drug it across our livingroom carpet. They thew heir hands in the air and told us the line they broke wasn't their problem. They left leaving us with broken lines and a range sitting in the middle of the kitchen. We caed the store about this, they put us threw to a company to file a claim. They gave us a claim number and said an agent woukd call us in a day or 2. Fastforward 7 days no call back and mo one at best buy wants to give out a number. We are sitting stuck with a extra bill of $412.79 for the repair of the gas line and to ave the plumber make the proper change over of the stove to propane when we found the kit they never used to make the switch. The installation guys were going to hook a range set up for natural gasto a propane supply . The range itself is wonderful. Best Buy's instalation crew that as here woukd get a - 20 rating from me.

This is a fantastic range! So much value for the price! I bake A LOT, and it has been wonderful! The delivery crew was very good. They communicated the entire day of delivery, and arrived exactly when they said that they would.

I love every thing about my new stove it's all it was said to be including the air fryer, love my stove......also the two guys that delivered the stove very nice and had tons of info about the stove...

Awesome stove looks amazing and cooks wonderful! We love the air fryer feature so it took something off our counters!! So far we couldn’t be happier!!

i do not like that the pans i use on this stove limits me to one one per side . the burners are to close together

This is a Good gas range at a good price. Missing a couple things, but overall very happy with it. Wish it had a dedicated flat top accessory for pancakes and a temperature probe for the oven. Those are only available on ranges costing twice as much, so I can live without them. Bought a stand alone griddle for $20 that works well enough. The Air Fryer part works well enough that I don't need one of those clogging up my counter space, so a big plus for that!

This oven is awesome, we really love the air fryer feature. We did have to wait a few weeks for it, but that is the world we live in today. Over all it works great, looks nice.
