Never buy appliances from best buy

They scheduled a replacement delivery. The new delivery team refused to connect the gas so i had to have it delivered again. The new stove had a broken door. Tried to get a replacement again and was given the run around for weeks. Finally I agreed to keep it after they offered me compensation for all of the problems. Still fighting with them to see any compensation. WORST BUY EVER!!!!

When everything was done, we realized that the convection fan does not work. We called Best Buy and we were informed that defects in the first year should be handled by Whirlpool, who have been of no help so far. The install was a failure, the old appliance removal was a failure and the new range is a failure. I am done with Best Buy and, for now, with Whirlpool.
