    Best Buy's installer failed completely so I ended up having my own plumber handle the installation. When everything was done, we realized that the convection fan does not work. We called Best Buy and we were informed that defects in the first year should be handled by Whirlpool, who have been of no help so far. The install was a failure, the old appliance removal was a failure and the new range is a failure. I am done with Best Buy and, for now, with Whirlpool.

    The Whirlpool gas range is working ok so far. I miss having the numbers to input the timer and oven heat.
