I had an old whirlpool top load washer and it didn’t wash the clothes correctly. It wouldn’t even finish the cycle on its own I had to manually move the nob to the rinse and press start for it to finish the cycle. This washer is so amazing!! It’s been two weeks and I love it so much what a big difference. My husband works in construction and his clothes are so dirty filled in dirt and the washer completely washes them perfectly with no stains!

Washer easy to use and very quiet. Smart features make it very efficient. Happy.

LOVE this dryer!! Ran 8 loads the day I got it. It spins so much moisture out of the clothes that three separate times when I opened it I though 'darn, I forgot to turn it on', the cloths looked dry.

Love it. Smart design but not necessary to use apps. Gives reminders to run a cleaning cycle.

Amazing customer service and satisfaction! We had a problem with our Whirlpool 5.0 cu. ft. front load washer..defective door/drum gasket. Best Buy replaced this washer with the exact same washer...no defects..No questions were asked exact "do you want to replace it with a new one or do you want money back". We love Best Buy on 83rd and Bell/Arrowhead and we love our new washer and matching dryer! The washer is smarter than I am! hahahaha

We upgraded to this washer from a top load washer. So far loving how quiet and quick the cycles run. The spin cycle leave the clothe really dry so less time is needed in the dryer

Washer looks good. Easy to operate. With steam option clothes come out clean and nearly dry but it is missing a Drum Light. Otherwise 5 Star,

This machine is efficient and does a great job of cleaning my clothes. Like the options. The drum is easy to see the clothes so nothing is left behind.

We did the Consumer Reports research and although Whirlpool may not be in the top 10, our old front loader washer and dryer that lasted 20 years was a Whirlpool and Best Buy had the newest model, at the best price with a good extended warranty. Nowadays all electronics break sooner than we would like, and nothing is 100% made in the USA, and we have family who have not had good luck with LG or Samsung. Best Buy delivered within 3 days and the installers were careful with our home and no issues so far, but it has only been 2 months.

The washing has been great! I’ve only used it 5 times so far! The machine has so many new features that I have to get used to.

Seems fine. Could spin clothes a bit dryer. Very good cleaning. Could also use more light on settings for easier reading. Quiet. Confusing to get started -- order of pushing, time waiting, "hold"? hold what.

This washer is fantastic. It is very large and does a great job with large loads. Wonderful addition to a big family.

The low noise level is quite a nice feature. I have only used it a couple times, but I am very happy with the experience so far.
