The clothes were not cleaned well the first few times I used this washer. So I checked the Load & Go dispenser and found the detergent leaked from the detergent box to the drawer. It turned out the detergent never got dispensed to the drum but leaked to the drawer. No wonder the clothes were not clean. After that I tried the single load dispenser and found that the detergent kept flowing away while I was adding it, even with the divider in the down position. I was using the spout to add the detergent and the flow was not fast. It was hard to know if I had added the right amount of detergent. Otherwise it is a sturdy and quiet machine. Ended up returning the washer and buying another brand. I would like to give 5 stars to Best Buy customer service, which is responsive, quick and easy for customers. I will buy appliances again on Best Buy online store.

I went from a top load Maytag and this is so much better. Clothes are almost dry after spin cycle.

I thought that I hated laundry, now I realize that I just hated my washer and dryer. The load and go feature is the best thing ever!

Great dryer works great on timed drying time. Obky issue is drying time for towels takes over a hour.

This is one of the biggest size washers amazing results highly recommend it

This washer cleans well, but is extremely noisy. Freight train noisy. I have never owned a washing machine that sounded as if it was going to damage itself or something else in my life. The water is noisy, the cycle shifts are noisy. It is absolutely terrible. I do not recommend this washing machine.

1st of all we had a terrible time purchasing online. It wouldn’t accept either of our credit cards because our our credit card company said Best Buy was all showing as fraudulent activity with their system. It locked up our credit cards. Then when we went to the store the next day to purchase them the delivery date options changed 6 days later from the night before. We had a terrible time with our delivery time delivery and experience! Now, after only 9 days my washer won’t fill with water and we have to have a service call. And when I called the whirlpool number for service it had my purchase date 6 months before my actual purchase. So, make sure and send in your registration card. If you don’t your warranty dates will not be correct. It will show when Best Buy purchased the washer from whirlpool and put it in their warehouse, AND reward Points. Make sure you check, because there will be an expiration date that is not what they tell you when you purchase. You have to call the reward center to change how to process the change to bank them until, you want to use them so they won’t expire. Overall terrible experience. Will probably NEVER make a large purchase here again.

The washer is beautiful and works amazing! However, I wish Best Buy employees would have let me know that the washer would not include the levels.

The washer goes into a drain mode for at least 2 minutes before it starts sensing mode. Is that normal ? I hope the drain pump doesn't burn out. Way too long. !
