Worst Washer Ever

Hands down the worst washer we have ever gotten. We are in the 2nd one in just a year and yet again having to have repair folks come out to fix. First washer was unable to be fixed and after 3 months they did replace. Second washer stopped working 2 days ago 5/25/2021 and need to have repair come out again. For how much this set cost you money would be better spent on a different product.

It walked all over the house, shook the detergent drawer OFF. Couldn’t get anyone to come fix it even though ALL warrenties were purchased. Had to load it up myself and take it back to the store.

Terrible quality

Saves time, hassle, and mess every load without needing to lug the heavy soap bottle around. Also has a wash and dry cycle so i can dry uniforms right in the washer! Also, the dryer came with a rack like the old days. We use for delicates, sweaters, shoes etc. that we don't want to save on wear from tumbling.

Load included two entire sets of queen sized sheets, two bath towels, two hand towels and a beach towel. would have taken my old dryer 2-3 cycles and several hours to get that all dry (I wouldnt have even attempted it actually). this dryer had it all done in 45 minutes! came out fresh, dry, and not all twisted up.

Year 3 main hoases and bored went out again wouldent u know year 4 the main power supply fried again. So afrter spending 30 days of no washer and fighting subcontactor to fix it finaly bestbuys 15 day business day policy ran out i had to drive 2 hours beck to the original store where i bought the washer because my local bestbuy refused to help me due to there profit to loss report or pnl report i finaly am utilizeing the gsp to get this junk replaced will never purchase an apliance from bestbuy ever again worst experience ever. Mainly because they only had 1 subcontractor in all of west florida to repair this junk.
