So far, we've had our washer for a couple of weeks. Everything seems fine so far. They came and delivered the washing machine and installes it with no problem and were very friendly, knowledgeable and quick. Our product is so quiet I have to do a double take to make sure i started it.

Coming from a husband and wife, we just love it! Compared to the previous washer with the same name and the Maytag that only stayed at my home for 3 weeks, my wife loves this one. It's still working and it's easy to use. My clothes come out fresh and the spin cycle is phenomenal. A happy wife leads to a happy marriage, so you can't go wrong with this washer.

We have had nothing but trouble with customer service associated with Best Buy. Should have been fully noted in system of continuous problems with stack kit and installation. Then to top it off after waiting 3 weeks for installation the installers crushed our vent causing us an additional $160 for a “vent cleaning”. Absolutely will not purchase anything further from Best Buy.

Very frustrated with this washer ... it made holes in several of my t-shirts!!!! I bought this washer in January 2024 and was delivered on the 11th ... I couldn't believe it was the washer since Whirlpool is a great brand but to my surprised it was, and it ruined many of my shirts. I went back to the store to return the washer and they told me, I was the fourth person with the same problem!!!!!! They need to stop selling this model ASAP!!!!!

Sorry to say but very disappointed! I only used 3 times. Each time it made holes in my clothes and sheets. Very frustrated! Had to send back and find something else. Very inconvenient!

Good size washer for what i need for the family. washer is very quiet but make sure you get it nice and level for minimal vibration. Only thing i dont like is you cant open the door all the way if you have the soap door open

This washer is fantastic...I have done several loads prior to this review...This washer is quiet and powerful...after the spin cycle I take the clothes out and they are almost dry!!!

Very great unit, does a good job checking and is very quiet. This is our second duet series washer and the products are fantastic. I recommend getting the base since that will make it much easier to load and unload.

Note that if you want to stack the dryer on top, you need to pre-purchase a special stacking clip. Nobody tells you this, and the delivery people were helpless to help me. (It turns out that I prefer them unstacked after all, but just so you are aware.) The machine itself is great and is programmed "smart". I've used it for 31 loads now, I know, because the "clean machine" reminder light came on and I did run the cleaning cycle). I recently had one bulky item that didn't give up its water in the drain cycle (a "bean bag-like" pillow). The washer sensed this and kept immediately aborting the spin cycle when the pillow audibly slammed too hard, and it would try draining again repeatedly. I removed the culprit, and the spin cycle finished normally. There does seem to be a situation where it tells you that there is only one minute left in the cycle, but the cycle continues sometimes for 15 or 20 minutes. I think this is a similar situation where it senses that it needs to drain and spin longer, but that's my unconfirmed conjecture. I do wish the hardcopy manual would include detail on the cycles instead of making you search online for this information. I sense that the cycle choices are more complicated than they need to be, but it's not a deal breaker. I wish both the washer and matching dryer had a choice on door direction. The way our laundry room is configured, they both need to be reversed, especially the dryer, because the vent hose they sell you is short so the dryer is right up against a wall. The washer hinge is on the left, and the dryer hinge is on the right, no choice in the matter. I also wish these had clear doors instead of dark shaded. You can see in if you use a flashlight. I don't mind the long cycle times like so many other reviewers do. These long wash times get really dirty items really really clean. And you can choose the quick wash cycle if you ARE in a hurry. Many reviewers are concerned because it's called high efficient. I still sense that it uses less electricity than the old top loader we had, despite the longer wash cycles. The high efficiency is more in regard to the water usage. Shortening the cycle time to use less electricity but not getting the clothes clean would not be efficient. Long story short, I love this machine.

Works great and looks nice on the stands we brought. Was concerned because I was pairing with the dryer. I bought last year color little off, but it works perfectly together.

This is the best washer I've ever had! Easy to use digital prompts, great height with pedestals for my back, spins very dry, cleans well, & I love the delayed start to be able to add items after you start it!

We bought this as a set and they work amazing wash and dried well. Very quiet machine as well, had for a few months and no issues as of yet

So far so good. I’ve had this machine about a week now and it seems to work well. I think the only issue I have with it, is you can’t change the settings once you press start, you have to power it down and turn it on again to change it. Idk if that’s a normal thing cause this is the first new washer or dryer I’ve had.

Handles large loads, plenty of settings, and fairly quiet. Like the setting - to tumble up to 12 hours, when you need to leave. It keeps the load fresher.
