The fact that Whirlpool is American made is an even better perk. I have other appliances that are Whirlpool and have never had issues. Very durable and reliable. I would highly recommend especially for washer and dryer purchases.

We bought them because we've had our Whirlpool washer & dryer for over 18 years and they are reliable and handle all our heaviest loads. This set is ADA compliant which is very important for her. She is so happy with its performance and how quiet it is!

Lots of bells and whistles. Be careful that the rinse and spin is set. It’s not automatic on normal cycles.

Good Unit, Sub-par Support.

Manual states that the full cycle guide is available at mfgr website. Its not. Washes well, but its a lot of trial-and-error to find the right combinations.

However, I had to cancel the purchase because of a big dent it had. I went to Best Buy and bought it new for a good price. I haven’t had any issues with it. It's just the fact that I have to press the start button for three seconds for the wash cycle to start, otherwise it's a strong and good washing machine

It has worked very good so far. It doesn't leave clothes sopping wet like my old machine. Definitely an upgrade to my old Maytag front load machine.
