Machine is squeaky and does not dry as efficiently. Find ourselves having to turn up heat and time to get dry. Would look for better unit next time.

Bad experience

Hate to be calling 100 times just to find out where my product was.

It hasn't worked properly since I purchased it on 3/25/2024. I've had Whirlpool come out 4 times, and will be coming out again in this next day. This washer does not complete a cycle. If I could have rated it a negative star rating, I would have. Best Buy does not stand by their products

Loud whirlpool washer

Washer lasted a year and no warranty as they could not find the receipt. Second washer did not turn on and after calling Whirlpool as instructed by BB, was told they had no one to service it and to schedule on our own.
