Using the app on your phone to control it all is convenient. Especially like the notifications when a load is done. Really love the bulk detergent loader in the front—not having to load messy detergent every load makes the whole laundry experience much better. Not to mention Whirlpool is a solid reliable brand. Repair guys say they rarely have to fix Whirlpool appliances. Yeah it’s expensive but worth it in the long run!

I called Best Buy.com and they said because I was 14 days past the return window I would have to call whirlpool. I have bought laptops tvs and even worked for Best Buy. And they sold me a product that only lasted 2 1/2 month. I will contacting the BBB and here on forth telling everyone to stay away from Beat Buy.

It is a touch screen but difficult to operate. I kept on having to hit the buttons for it to finally do what I needed to be done. Very cheaply made too.

Purchased Sep 2020 stopped working Feb 2022. Called a certified Whirlpool technician and was told this model was a field strap and should have not been sold (basically I bought a used washer at full price over $1500 w/pedestal)

Everyone has a smart washer/dryer set but this adds smart to a already smart hardware. The hardware is solid and the smart technology is great! The only thing I might be worried about is, will they keep updating the software as this is the only smart model they have.
