My only complain is that a function as Err, F1 comes and goes. I returned the same one for the same reason. I exchanged and this one does the same. Tired of this process I kept it. It does bake and everything is in good condition.

The stove is great I bought one 6 years ago and I love it

The best Stove. I like, she likes, we all like it.

Basic looks, like the heavy interlocking grid over burners. The bottom drawer is very flimsy and comes off the track every time I open it.

The burners didn’t have the right tops and the flame was very high gave to call for service couldn’t use it for a week

This is a basic gas range. For the price, I expected better quality.

Purchased as a bundle 2 years ago and the Oven never worked. After multiple techs coming out. The last Technician stated that it had to be replaced because of a faulty circuit board. Great, Replace the Stove right because I bout the extended warranty. Nope....if I want the same stove I have to pay 300$ because of the cost of the stove being what it is today. Also even though I have a year left on warranty that difference is being used to deliver the new product.

We have had issues since we first purchased this Range and are in the process of having replaced due to a broken oven seal that results in heat escaping which is charring the knobs and backplate. The original knobs have been replaced due to the labels coming off. The bottom oven plate has been replaced due to it warping. The range surface and burner covers are impossible to clean without scratching the heck out of them (use oven cleaner as a workaround). I would not buy this again but am sort of stuck because this came with a set of appliances. Hopefully the ranges Whirlpool has to over as of now are more durable under normal use.

Great looking, and rapid cooking. Difficult to clean

Not happy at all with the quality .. the grates suck to clean, and the black cooking top doesn’t look nice after cleaning/ wiping it. I would recommend the Samsung stove .. same thing but about 300 to 400 cheaper. Sorry for a bad review but just not happy with this stove

I have had this oven for almost a year and already the front bezel is falling off. It was attached by two way tape! How cheap is Whirlpool getting? I purchased an extended warranty but trying to get bestbuy or whirlpool to fix it during the one year manufacturer warranty is proving to be impossible, with me doing all the leg work. I was so disappointed that I did not renew my total tech support with geek squad this year either. Buyer beware

This range has been a disaster. The broiler never worked. Now, the oven has the same issue, probably a thermostat. We really don't use it that much either. I guess the 1-yr warranty should have been my first clue that Whirlpool doesn't even think that much of their own products. Also the timer function is horrible. When it goes off, it's off, so if you didn't hear it, well....

stove top is not very big & unfortunately small burners are in the back. Horrible stove

This oven was great until realized the door was getting harder to close everytime. Until it was noticeably bent at the hinges and wont stay closed. This is from barley any use. Do not buy this stove.

Whirlpool is putting out garbage as appliances. 3 months old and have burners that will not light consistently. I will not recommend whirlpool to anyone, you can get no service help from whirlpool.

Bought this awesome stove in April. Loved it! Till I had to clean the stove top. Or use the 5th burner. Stove top is nearly impossible to get clean without scratching it. We thought it was ceramic, but apparently it's enameled. Being black, it shows EVERY little drop or splatter. And being enameled instead of ceramic, it scratches ever so easily. We try to clean every time we use, but even then, getting the grease splatters off without smearing it is no fun. We've tried all the recommended products, but can't even get the Whirlpool recommended cleaners anymore. They're no longer available. There is a nice cream polish type cleaner that makes it look new but it doesn't do alot for burned on messes that just seem to happen sometimes. It's called Cerama Bryte Cooktop cleaner. It looks like a white liquid car wax. It's just not a very good cleaner, unless you're willing to clean the top while it's still hot and risk getting burned. It's actually meant for glass or ceramic cooktops but it does help. Although it does leave dried white powdery flex like a car wax does, you can blow those off. I cleaned our stove top yesterday using the following method. Spray down with Lysol Kitchen Cleaner Pro. Let sit for a couple minutes. Wipe off excess with cotton towel. Scrubbed for about 20 minutes using a 3M Scotch Brite non-abrasive pad. This helped but still wasn't clean enough to polish. At this point, I was exhausted but determined. Remembered we had some Goo-Gone (Goof Off) so I tried it. Put some on a paper towel and finally got the gunk to loosen & lift off. Had to use my thumb nail many times, to really lift and remove the splatters. And no, these splatters weren't old. They were just from yesterday's cooking of one breakfast. After I got it clean, I used the Cerama Bryte to 'polish' it. That stuff does make it look nice! Just be aware, you may have to hire a cleaning crew to clean this stove top decently. Never thought about how badly a black top would show spot & streaks. I'll never buy black again. But then, I'm old enough I shouldn't need to buy another new stove again! Secondly, we're not happy with the 5th burner. That middle burner would probably be fine for a pan that's not much bigger than the burner itself. But if you put a rectangular griddle on, the only place that gets hot and maintains the temp is the portion directly above the burner. The ends of the griddle don't get hot and won't cook your food evenly. So, pancakes in the middle burn while the ones at the ends of the griddle barely brown at all. We have an awesome griddle that's as long as the stove top is deep. We can easily cook 6-8 six inch pancakes on it, but not if we use the middle burner. So, we just sit the griddle over the 2 left burners and adjust the front burner to match the smaller back one. Works great! But still disappointed that we spent extra $$ for that middle burner and can't use it. Other than those 2 issues, I'm thrilled with my new stove! The oven is awesome to use! Has a 5th rack shelf that makes for added baking options. It's large enough to put 2 cookie sheets or two 9x12 cake pans in, side by side so they can be on the same rack. The storage drawer on the bottom is bigger than the one on our old stove, so that's a plus too. Only place I have to store our pan lids. And, thankfully, the stainless steel part of the stove is great! I now have a matched set of Whirlpool kitchen appliances...stove and 4 door fridge! Amazingly, the stainless steel is so easy to clean! I learned when I got the fridge that the best way to clean the stainless is with Lysol Kitchen Cleaner Pro (OR hot soapy water & soft cloth), then polish it with WD-40 & a cotton towel or other soft cloth. The WD-40 helps in keeping finger prints & smudges from showing up. It'll last for quite awhile! Didn't mean to let this review get so long, but I'm just so frustrated with the lack of cleaning ease on the stove top. I am though, very happy with it, other than those 2 issues. I would recommend to friends, but not without telling them about the cleaning problems.

Gas was leaking and it took days for a response- still no resolution. I want it picked up and out of the house.

I’ve send this item back about 6 different times everytime it comes with a different issue definitely not worth the money
