    Steve from pacific sales was the best! He went through every detail, also letting me know there is a chance the range would not be in on the date we selected. Steve was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. I will be receiving the range on December 5. I will be happy to do another review once I have the range.

    Love this stove. Great burner space so you can easily have more than one big pot on the stove at a time. Good option of choosing regular oven or convection oven and self cleaning is the best! Stove is a little cumbersome to clean as the grates are heavy and have to be removed to clean the stove,

    I recently replaced my older Whirlpool gas range with this stainless steel self-cleaning freestanding gas convection range and it has a great look and features. I stayed with Whirlpool because my previous gas range was also a Whirlpool and worked great for over 22 years and was only replaced to refresh the kitchen look.

    Really like the grates. But I work 14 hours a day and really dont cook. And one of the burners wont lite anymore. A repair man is coming next week to look at it.

    This is first new gas range I have had in a while and it is amazing the burners are adequately spaced and the grates form a solid grate so any size pot or pan sits perfectly flat and cooking has never been better

    Afer using for a few weeks, we thought something was wrong due to gas popping noise. factory serviceman came to house and assured us that the burner was doing it's job as designed.
