    The exterior oven door and handle get extremely hot whenever oven is in use. To access the broiler requires one to essentially get down on the floor. Will return as this is an unsafe oven.

    Piece of Junk!!! So hot the oven is a major burn and fire hazard. Behind the oven is so hot it is scorching the paint The buttons are so hot it scorches your hand Very disappointed!!! 14 day wait for the technician

    The oven part was messed up ... like the rubber on the oven glass was messed up , just didnt have time to deal with these people

    I bought this a month ago and go to Use my oven light for the first time and it’s broken! Not a good idea if you want to have a long lasting item!

    Terrible product. It’s already stained from spills, even though I always clean it afterwards and take good care of it. Very cheap. Do not buy!

    They deliver to home 2 months ago still not installed , they we can not install other guys coming for install this am tight

    The moment it was hooked up it smelled like gas. There are missing parts to the stove.

    Poor comunication and delay in the service. They called me and after they did not schedule tha appointment. It happened 3 times.

    It last 5 years. Now my ignition light is on and it’s hard to click on my product I found and just hit like a service butting. It’s supper hard to get ahold of anyone here or at geek squad tho to help me get it going again. Oven light went out after a year tho. Never had it replaced. The inside Bottom looked like it went side ways about 6 months ago tho. Lasted 5 years, so it gets a 4 star. I think it should have lasted longer tho. Just wish it was easier to click on my purchase and have the squad come and it. They did instal it for me.

    Okay, so first I want to start off by saying that before I purchased this oven I had a very old gas range. It was only gas nothing power about it. When the ancient thing finally gave out, I was almost excited because that meant I got a new one. I was lucky enough to find this one on sale. It looked nice and the review seemed to be mostly good. I wasn't happy that it didn't come in other color options, we had just re-done my kitchen and went with white appliance. Despite the black and stainless finish, I ordered it anyway because the cost was good. The range cooks well and evenly, however the black is the worst part about it. I have two small dogs and between the hair they throw up and just the smallest spill of salt shows up on the cook top like nothing else, even when I clean it, the rag leaves behind lint which also shows up. I've used paper towels and sponges but nothing seems to leave behind a clean look, always leaving dry water spots. Other than the black, the other thing I don't like is how the burners are set up. The front two are power burners, meaning they are the biggest and will cook the hottest/fastest. The burner in the back is very small and is for simmer. I don't like that set up and didn't realize it before I bought it. I like to have the big pots in the back so I don't have to reach across big pots to get the the smaller pots. Not to mention if I only have one big pot to boil water, I like to have it in the back away from the edge. The oven cooks well and evenly. I like the digital oven temp and timer, I don't know if I will like it when the power goes out since the only way to use the oven is if you have power, but how often do I cook when a storm knocks out power? Pros, cooks good, not too expensive. Cons, black shows everything imaginable, and burners are set up weird.

    Looks nice, but after 13months the circuit board went out and it costs ~$350 to fix. DO NOT BUY this stove.
