They delivered an obvious my defective stove, and didn’t say a word. They later had to exchange it for a working stove.

Very hot oven door

The oven door gets extremely hot as to the range dials after the oven is on for a while. I can’t believe whirlpool can sell an item with such dangerous features. I have had an issue since 2/20/21 on the range with a gas leak in the oven. Another part needs to be ordered. It is a very frustrating problem to deal with no stove for over 1 1/2 months. Whirlpool Corporate apologizes and will fix it eventually. Very poor customer service. I would definitely never purchase another whirlpool product.

Not to mention the customer service was terrible at foxpoint bestbuy. Whirlpool use to be a top brand but it has fallen off like the rest off the brands

Stoves are excellent and great value.

They do not have convection, or fancy components. But they work beautifully. The ovens are large. I bought 2 and would get the same ones again especially after trying them. Love the way the crates on top are made. Slick bottom pans will not slide off and larger pots are better supported on the stove.
