I purchased the stove to replace the existing on the property that I rent . The stove that was initially delivered and installed was damaged , I asked for replacement , they delivered the replacement but never installed it - the response from the team was that I did not pay for Installation …. How frustrating is this , on my initial order I did , you are replacing a damaged product why do I need to ask or pay for installation again , the purpose of replacement was to make me whole meaning deliver an item that was in good condition and install it just like you found it . To make them come back and install was another hell of an experience , we scheduled the appointment & they did not cancel or show up the 1st time - they provided me with a case number for compensation and said that someone will follow up , no one did I had to call back and still no resolution . I have no words to explain all this , worst experience ever as a buyer !!

Purchased this appliance set on black friday & was originally supposed to be installed 12/1 but canceled because it was raining. Needed to be rescheduled to 12/8. The dishwasher was installed but the range could not be installed because the technician had the wrong size gas line. It was left in my garage and could not be rescheduled until 12/18. No notes were taken and nothing was communicated, so the tech showed up without a gas line and nothing could be done once again. It was rescheduled again to 12/27 and again nothing was communicated to the installers so the technician needed me to tell him over the phone that a gas line was needed for the install. He went to buy one and the range was finally installed a month later. I will not be using best buy's installation service in the future.
