I don't like the heavy grates on the stove top, they are too difficult and cumbersome to move around to clean under, I also don't like the fact that there was NO broiler pans and it doesn't slide open like a drawer.

I received a call stating I wouldn't receive the item until December 21. However, when I go online to start a online order today it tells me it can be delivered by December 12. Something isn't right here. I won't order anything else from BEST BUY AGAIN!!

Overheating issues
