However, there were no racks for the oven. This was caught by the personnel when packing the stove for pickup and supposedly ordered by them. Yet one month later I still have no racks for inside the oven. Look at your calendar that means the oven was unusable for Thanksgiving and now will be useable at Christmas too. Yes, I have called many, many times and even gone into the Best Buy store BUT no one has even called me back. Poorest customer service ever.

You can put the grates from the top in the dishwasher! I also love the frozen pizza setting. My little one eats so much pizza ! Makes it a breeze to cook a frozen pizza of any size!
