This washer is great. I love that you can remove the agitator if you are doing more delicate items!

I really like this machine but I am wondering about the dispensers of both detergent and fabric softener. The reservoir does seem to be going down after several wash loads. We will be calling Whirlpool to discuss

Love the washer. Big enough to wash a large comforter. My old washer wasn’t that big and was a pain in the butt to wash it. Definitely would recommend this washer to others.

The center agitator broke within the first month. There is something wrong with the bearings so that it makes a terrible sound when it hits the spin cycle. Whirlpool support is almost non-existent. The tray to add detergent is nice (when the family remembers to fill it). It gets the clothes clean.

This is easily the best washing machine I have ever had. I haven't had to remove the agitator yet, but I have no doubts it will work as advertised. This washing machine is LOADED with outstanding features. I had a small issue with connecting to WIFI after a week of it working. I deleted the app and reconnected it again when it seemed it wouldn't connect and that did the trick! Yeah, I HIGHLY recommend this washing machine with no reservations!

Love the washer so far had it less than a month removed agitator for my heavy comforter with no issues Can do a lot more towel with its size

I like that it has more capacity for my covers or bulky items. It washes ok the only thing i found it annoying is that the water automatically filling doesn't cover my cloths and only washes the botthom; I have to go open and fill it up myself to make it wash it evenly.

Excellent washer, wash all modes, from heavy bed covers to light clothing. Fast washing is a good option for lite clothing was load.

Great washer. No issues with it. I like that it links to the Whirlpool App. The only drawback, is that it sounds like a 737 taking off.

So far, so good! The lazy man in me loves the load and go. Put clothes in, hit 2 buttons, and viola. Removable agitator is a great function also.
