3rd time I have made a purchase from the outlet store, as all the other times they cannot be beaten on price. If you are purchasing appliances items make this store your first place to look , I always do and the savings unbelievable

It is easy to use it spins out really good Load and go is awesome

I love how well it washes clothes, but I am still not a fan of the preloading of the detergent.

Clothes not fully rinse of detergent on all cycles. Controls easy to use. Agitator removal is good design, just not sure if beneficial.

We purchased the combo washer dryer set in January 2023 had to get service three times within the first couple months because our clothes were not being washed. The third time the technician created some setting that started washing somewhat but I was only able to do all loads on heavy duty, bulky setting. Now less than three years later, it stopped working completely. $1000 washing machine completely broken in less than three years. My old washer was working for 20 years with no problems and it still worked when I upgraded. Make it make sense.

Like the washer. Does a good job cleaning clothes and items are not overly wet when spin cycle is complete.

The 5.3 Cu ft.is awesome, easy to use and the removable agitator is great for those larger loads like blankets and rugs

They did a great job putting up the new dryer and washer and remove the old washer and dryer they did a great job Indy we’re on time and they kept on texting me to let them let me know how far they were and what time they will be at the house

So far so good. I have no complaints. New technology to get clothes clean and a great value.

A bit complicated at the beginning didn’t really know much on how to use it. After a few times I started to get the hang of it. Other than that seems to work great.

Excellent washing machine plus Best Buy had the lowest price (including incentives). Hope it lasts a long time!

This was a very good purchase. I love the refrigerator and a size for the price.

Worked great for 1 week then it went walking..lol..done a empty rinse and spin done the same

No complaints. Simple to use. Great design and HUGE! Overall a great buy, especially when BestBuy has it on sale!! The see-thru glass lid is especially nice. And this machine does magic as it figures out all the proper measurements of laundry detergent (simply load up the dispenser for many many loads) and water. Already finding less detergent and water are needed with this unit compared to the last (decade old) washer.

Working as described. Little slow to start loads compared to our old washer with no smart features. Seems like one of the better options under $1K.

I have been very pleased with this washing machine. The installation was very fast. The machine is quiet. So far, I am ecstatic about this purchase.

I absolutely love this washer. I had front loader but I will never go back. I live the soak feature on this and the fact I can pour detergent in the holder and do t have to worry about adding it every load!

Well it has been 6 months and this washer has been excellent….up until 2 weeks ago. We are now getting a VERY loud VERY high pitched squeal when it spins. They are coming out to look at it, so we will see what they say. I hope this isnt the start of a bad product.
