It is sleek, smooth operating, and I like to removable agitator for blankets. I was worried it would be flimsy and not secured tightly, but it is wrong and comes on/off with ease.

I love the option to have the agitator for tough stains and for my blankets I can take it out. The pre wash station is great to have. I love the washing machine so far. I only had a little over a month now.
