Very advanced and efficient washer. It's large enough to wash a king size comforter when you remove the agitator. Everything comes out clean.

Very good washer. Load & Go is a bit finicky when it chooses to work or not. The Whirlpool service tech told me to be careful using chlorine bleach in the reservoir because it will corrode. The removeable agitator seems a bit useless but you really should remove it for washing larger items like a bed spread. The service tech told me the agitator has SNAPPED off during heavy loads. So far it's good.

After many years with a front load, we are adjusting to the top load. Seems to get thrown off balance very easily, I think this is because the inside is HUGE. We just are not used to having so much space. We are having issues with the automatic detergent dispenser but reading online, this may be due to water pressure. I am having the valves and some other work completed and we will see if this helps. Otherwise - wife things its awesome!

Loved my old washing machine but its time had come. Liked what I saw from this model so I picked up the washer/dryer combo during a sale and have been very impressed. The removable agitator gives options that you wouldn't normally have. Operation is easy, cleaning has been great, and it runs very quietly. There are smart features with an app or something, but I have never felt the need to install or use them.

I like the whirlpool washer it gets my clothes clean, and I like the removable agitator option. When you fill the washer all the way up with water agitation is not as strong but clothes still get clean. No issue's so far. I'm happy with the washer.

So far, I really like this washing machine. I love the removable agitator. It's very easy to take out and put back in. It washes well and has cycles that work for me. The only downside to me, is that it is deep. I can't reach the bottom of the tub to get the clothes that are sitting on the bottom. I have to use a step stool and a grabber to reach them. I'm about 5'4" so not really short, but it is just deep. But it's nice and big so I can wash comforter's and blankets without any problems. I think it's a really great washing machine. It's easy to use and gets my clothes clean.

I am so happy I purchased this washer. Everything about this washer is terrific. I especially like the auto rinse feature that automatically cleans the rinse dispenser, you can actually here the water flushing it out 3 times. I am also very satisfied with the flexibility of the agitator, it's removable and that is a great advantage. The glass door is fun since you can watch the action. Buying this washer was the best choice. Thank you, whirlpool, for creating such a wonderful product.

The machine is quiet,really gets clothes fresh and clean. The only thing for me is that its deep and hard for me to grab the clothes out. I'm 5'5 .

This washer has been fantastic since we had it installed. Clothes come out clean and it’s easy to set up the next one with the preloaded detergent feature.

The machine itself is good so far, but they went very cheap on the leveling feet. They are plastic and dont lock, so i had reset the feet multiply times already. Im getting fed up that after a few washing it get out of line an i have to relevel it. Im to the point where i wish i never bought it. It cost to much money to have to keep dealing with this problem.

It is actually a great product. The removable agitator is a game changer. We can wash 2 weeks worth of load no problem for 2 of us.

Love the fact that I can remove the agitator when needed! My clothes come out clean with no residue on them!!

It seems it's a good washer so far. I don't know it's only been 3 days that we had this. Like all the features on this washer. Like that u can remove agitator off and on.

Bought this washer and dryer after having a terrible experience with Samsung washer and dryer. Although we haven’t had this set for very long we are extremely happy with this purchase. The removable agitator is a nice feature if you have big bulky items to wash. I would definitely recommend this set for someone that is looking for a quality washer and dryer.

This is a great washer dryer set. It cleans and drys so well and the app features are a game changer. I really like that you have the option to use and have or not have an agitator. I would definitely recommend this set.

Mostly love that i can remove the agitator to wash bulky thing. Its quite and has many options that make things so much easier
