    This oven was a quick purchase as our last oven went out. I wish we had more time to do our research. This oven takes quite a while to get up to temperature. Once it's up to temp, it starts losing temp after a while but doesn't display that until you try to change the temp again. We were cooking a turkey for Thanksgiving and realized it wasn't even close to being done when it should've been. It was set to 350 which is what the screen read. We went to bump it up to 375 and all of the sudden the active temp was 255. Needless to say, our Thanksgiving was delayed. Aside from the oven, the stove top works fine and is easy to clean.
