Price match, price protection policy?

Though, don’t expect BB to honor their price match or price protection policy. They lowered their price within two weeks of my purchase by almost $100.00. I phoned and after several additional phone calls they’re still jerking me around. After close to a month and speaking with multiple “ team associates “ they’re saying the best they can do now is a gift card. Lol

I was then told there was a delay and I had to reschedule. I rescheduled for March. Now I have been notified again that there is a delay. So they get their money and then string me along. Thi is ridiculous.
