He said the new range was gonna be on order, but, he dropped the ball(since the middle of June 2024), and still no range. I went into Bestbuy today and they resolved my dilemma. The technician had’nt ordered the new range.I wasn’t a happy camper.

After waiting for a month, the range was delivered/installed only to find that the entire cooking surface was scratched, it looked like someone had taken a screwdriver to it. Return/exchange to the next model up ($ difference covered by Best Buy) delivered/installed one week later and... wait for it... one entire side panel is barely attached, the drawer is broken and more damage on top. Not acceptable, incredibly frustrated.
