    Seems like the glass cooktop needs to be polished much more often than my old Whirlpool glass cooktop model. The storage bin is flimsier too. Other than that, everything is working very well.

    We got this stove after returning one that came in damaged. We got this one home and after using the oven for the first time we noticed it was missing a section of the seal and also was making a weird noise during the whole process of cooking.

    We are happy with our choice of a Whirlpool stove because it looks good with our other stainless steel appliances. It has some "neat " features one of which is a feature we haven't tried yet. It has a "heat steaming" feature which the salesman knew nothing about. Apparently you put water in the bottom of the stove and the high temperature steams the food residue loose. Sounds like a lot more work than a "self cleaning" oven.

    The very serious problem I had was I ordered it in the store for instore pickup in about 4 days then when it should have been in I got an email saying it would be in ,in 2 months I had to cancel order then ordered it online had to drive 30 minutes to pick up the exact same stove this is why Sears is going out of business
