Not a happy customer

If i wanted an openbox product i would have purchased one. I had another one delivered and it was damaged also. I don't know what's going on with best buy warehouse but I think they need to inspect their products before being shipped out to customers.

Good Basic Electric Stove

Instruction book isn’t the greatest but once you figure out the basic functions all is well. The book is outdated as well because it recommends a stovetop cleaning kit that I tried to buy. But the kit has been discontinued. But I really like this stove. I am not a gourmet cook. I just want to use a skillet and bake things.

The guys delivering were great , called 30 minutes before and were early. The Range works perfectly for what I cook. Like I said no complaints about the Range or the process of buying to receiving. They will haul off your old appliances for a small fee $25. GREAT.
