The timer isn’t loud enough so I must set a separate timer. The preheated signal is even worse, I know I heard something but oh, it must be the oven. My oven chirps as well when it’s heating up, very disconcerting. Whirlpool care sucks. They say all the right things but action is not their forte.

It worked great throughout the year until December 2019. First, the front trim bezel started coming loose. It was a bit of inconvenience, but the range still functioned properly. Then during the middle of a day of baking Christmas cookies, the entire front glass fell out! So now we have to put our Christmas baking on hold until it can get fixed. I had taken out the extra Geek Squad protection, but now here's the catch. Because of Whirlpool's warranty guidelines, only they can perform warranty repairs for the first year, and then the Geek Squad protection takes over. I have an appointment for repairs, but I've got to wait over a week! I know that this is not Best Buy's fault, but I'm kinda disappointed with the predicament that I'm in.
