I replaced a short lived worthless samsung that had wild different temperatures than what it said. This by comparison is great. I can actually follow the temperature and times in recipes.

Love the simplicity of it. Straight lines and very easy operationally. Easy to clean. Only con would be the cheap feel of the oven door...very light and seems a little hollow. I’m thinking that’s the price point I bought so I settled. Other than that...great purchase.

After having upgraded our kitchen we have been entertaining a lot of friends. We had a minor knob issue which Whirlpool very promptly attended and fixed for us FREE of cost and under Warranty. The "Whirlpool - 5.3 Cu. Ft. Freestanding Electric Range - Stainless steel" comes with 5 heating zones/rings. The left side front zone/ring is a dual which is very powerful for cooking main courses like rice items. The 2 smaller zones/rings behind are apt for making soups/gravy dishes etc that need less intense heat. The right side front zone/ring is another powerful zone/ring but isnt dual. The middle one is a keep warm zone/ring so as you are ready to dish out the food you can leave a pot/pan on the keep warm zone/ring and voila! The oven is good for an occasional baker like me, but I am pretty sure with the build quality of Whirpool the oven will also be able to serve your baking needs (if you bake often). Overall very good quality for money!

Love using it. We have a older model. When we needed a new one got the same brand.
