Cooktop and oven cook/bake fast. I would highly recommend it. It is easy to clean the cooktop, which is one main reason I love electric ranges. It has 5 burners-2 are regular, two have variable size settings ,and one is a warming spot. Temperature settings are very accurate. The smooth cooktop is also easy to clean.
