My 87 year old mom lives in Minnesota. I am in Indiana. Her stove died. I purchased a new stove online, from Best Buy, in Sioux Falls SD. It was delivered and installed easily. The delivery person called me before arriving. I was able to call Mom and let her know they were on the way. It could not be easier. Great service and delivery.

works fine for our needs. needed minimum stove for house.

Its good but the oven could be improved. The no preheat pizza option left it a bit soggy its best to preheat and follow cooktimes. cooktop itself took a while to get used to some of my pans were not flat at bottom which caused uneven cooking, it has a temp sensor that lowers the heat which im told its normal for these kind. Cleaning is something to take your time to avoid scratching the surface. as long as you clean after use I dont see much of a issue getting stains out but it does collect stains easier IMO.

My 86 year old Mom loves it. I purchased it on a Saturday for her. On Wednesday I went to purchase it for myself and the price went from %579.99 to $874.00, which is ridiculous for a price jump of that magnitude in 4 days.

Got this model for the same price as the non stainless steel models. Just works, for the price you can’t beat.

Literally the worst product ive ever purchased. The first of two was defective in that the oven is barely insulated. The sides and exterior of the over were so hot while the oven was in use that i believe it would have caught fire to the adjacent cabinets. I called best buy support to have it replaced, but this took over a week to schedule because when i submitted for a price match, the replacement couldnt be completed because the way best buy configures their price matches also starts a return (purchased during a labor day "sale" but the oven was cheaper after the "sale".... but that's another story for another time). The second oven arrived after about 2 weeks or so and fortunately the delivery drivers asked me to check out the replacement which had the very same insulation defects. For some reason, whirlpool opted to use insulation that appears to be the same used for doors on a home, which i believe is the key issue. This oven also built to sub par specs for the other components and design features. I refused delivery, called best buy about it, and purchased a GE oven instead. That one fit the bill and works great while looking great, with about $127 of higher cost. Well worth it for proper insulation and design. Moral of the story - never buy whirpool.

I love this stove fit perfectly. The oven heats up quickly and very spaceful on the inside. I love that stove don't take long to get heated.
